Course Objectives
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to describe how management information systems are used to support strategic and tactical decisions in business.
  • will be able to use the various Management Information System alternatives to improve the competitiveness of the company.
  • will be able to use database management softwares (Excel, Access) to develop Management Information System solutions for real life business problems by means of the case studies.
  • will be able to understand the structure and use of Management Information System solutions such as ERP, CRM, SRM, MRP packages.
  • will be able to understand the development of an information system process and discuss the problems in real life cases.
